DESTINATION : Dimapur - Kohima -Kohima - Dzulakie - Khonoma Village -Wokha - Mokokchung - Tuesang - Mon - Jorhat - Kaziranga National Park

Day 1 : Arrival Dimapur
On arrival with meeting and assistance at the airport/railway station. Our Ghumney representative will meet to welcome and escort you and straight transfer to Hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 : Dimapur - Kohima
In the morning, hit the road to Kohima (80 kilometres/ 3 hours’ drive). In the afternoon, visit the war memorial. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3 : Kohima - Dzulakie - Khonoma Village - Kohima
In the morning, set off for a full day tour of Dzulakie (40 kilometres) and Khonoma village (20 kilometres). Overnight stay at hotel in Kohima.

Day 4 : Kohima - Wokha
In the morning, leave by road for Wokha (80 kilometres/ 4 hours). The place is known for its hilltop villages. Longzhu, means a large Monolithic, have been erected by the rich ancestors to show off their status. Stay overnight in the tourist lodge.

Day 5 : Wokha - Mokokchung
In the morning, hit the road to Mokokchung, home of Ao Naga and great place for people who are interested in folklore customs and traditions. Stay overnight in Mokokchung.

Day 6 : Mokokchung (sightseeing)
Day 6 is fully dedicated to the exploration of tribal village and meeting with the local people. Overnight stay at hotel in Mokokchung.

Day 7 : Mokokchung - Tuesang
In the morning, after breakfast check out from the hotel and hit the road to Tuesang, home to Yimchunger, Khiamniungan, Changs, Semas, Sang tams and Phom Nagas. Stay overnight in Tuesang.

Day 8 : Tuesang - Mon
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Mon. On arrival check into hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 9 : Mon - Jorhat
In the morning, after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive towards Jorhat. Upon arrival check into hotel and stay overnight in Chung Bungalow/hotel.

Day 10 : Jorhat - Kaziranga
Today, drive towards the Brahmaputra river and board the ferry to visit the Majuli Island. In the evening, return back to Jorhat Ghat and drive towards Kaziranga (110 kilometres/ 2.5 hours). Overnight stay at hotel in Kaziranga.

Day 11 : Kaziranga National Park
Enjoy elephant safari, in the morning. Come back to the lodge for breakfast. Relax and admire the lush green natural surroundings. Post lunch, set out to explore wildlife in a Jeep Safari. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 12 : Kaziranga - Dimapur Departure
