Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot
After breakfast, drive to Barkot, a scenic town near Yamunotri. En route, enjoy beautiful views of rivers, forests, and Himalayan landscapes. On arrival, check in at the hotel and rest for the night. Overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 3: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot
Early morning, drive to Janki Chatti, the starting point of the Yamunotri trek. From here, trek around 6 km to Yamunotri Temple or opt for a pony or palanquin. Take a holy dip in the hot springs and offer prayers at the shrine dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. After darshan, trek back and return to Barkot. Overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi
After breakfast, proceed to Uttarkashi, a spiritual town located on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Later, visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 5: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi
Start early and drive to Gangotri, the origin of the sacred River Ganga. En route, witness stunning Himalayan views and dense forests. Upon arrival, take a holy dip in the Bhagirathi River and offer prayers at Gangotri Temple. After darshan, return to Uttarkashi for overnight stay.
Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi
After breakfast, drive to Guptkashi, a town known for its ancient temples and scenic beauty. En route, enjoy views of the Mandakini River valley. On arrival, check in at the hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Day 7: Guptkashi – Kedarnath
Early morning, drive to Sonprayag and then proceed to Gaurikund, the starting point of the Kedarnath trek. Trek approximately 16 km to Kedarnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. You may also opt for helicopter services (optional). After darshan, check in at accommodation near Kedarnath. Overnight stay in Kedarnath.
Day 8: Kedarnath – Guptkashi
After early morning darshan at Kedarnath, trek back to Gaurikund and drive to Guptkashi. Rest and relax after a spiritually enriching day. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Day 9: Guptkashi to Joshimath
After breakfast, drive to Joshimath, passing through scenic towns and river valleys. Joshimath is an important spiritual center and the winter seat of Lord Badrinath. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Joshimath.
Day 10: Joshimath – Badrinath – Joshimath
Early morning, drive to Badrinath Temple, one of the most revered Vishnu shrines. Take a holy dip in Tapt Kund and perform darshan at the temple. Visit Mana Village, the last Indian village near the Indo-Tibetan border, if time permits. Return to Joshimath for overnight stay.
Day 11: Joshimath to Haridwar
After breakfast, begin your return journey to Haridwar, enjoying the scenic beauty of the Himalayas along the way. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 12: Haridwar Departure
