At Go Hari India Tour, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be transparent and fair while ensuring smooth service operations. Please read the following terms carefully before making a booking.
Tour Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel your tour, you must notify Go Hari India Tour in writing via email or official communication. The cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days prior to the tour start date:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 10% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- 21 to 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour cost
- 15 to 20 days before arrival: 40% of the total tour cost
- 8 to 14 days before arrival: 60% of the total tour cost
- Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost (no refund)
Cancellation charges apply to land arrangements only. Certain services such as hotel bookings, flights, train tickets, permits, or special arrangements may have separate cancellation rules as per supplier policies.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, bank fees, and service charges. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days and credited to the original mode of payment or as mutually agreed.
No refund will be provided for unused services, sightseeing, meals, or accommodations once the tour has commenced.
Cancellation or Changes by Go Hari India Tour
In rare cases, Go Hari India Tour reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to reasons beyond our control such as natural disasters, political unrest, weather conditions, government restrictions, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative tour, rescheduling option, or refund as applicable. Go Hari India Tour shall not be responsible for additional expenses incurred by the traveler.
Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, war, flight cancellations, or changes in government regulations.
Payment Disputes
Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication may result in service termination and legal action.
Policy Amendments
Go Hari India Tour reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on our website.
